酒店私自更改房型，把庭院景觀房安排為臨街房，而且安排的還是水龍頭壞的房型，我覺得是故意的！整夜水龍頭都在流水，讓人無法入睡，酒店以送早餐了事，沒有任何實質性賠償，我發現問題時很早，酒店還有空房時不給換房間，説空房間要留給其他人，有些歧視華人的意思，還好訂房網站客服特別好，積極處理協調訂房網站自掏腰包給了補償，請大家避雷這家酒店！

I find the hotel is very quiet and super location for going every way also the breakfast is super nice the price is bit high but I like is all fresh food, also the reception man and the light shift Ali both of them is very helpful, they are great service and help me to get a prefect room !! I will stay again

偶然訂的這家酒店。房間乾淨衞生，位置優越，離採爾大街走路大概十來分鐘。停車場在大廳後面，但當時停車場在施工，停到了別處。

We only stayed one night, it was okay. Bed was confortable and the service from the people in the reception was nice. There was a weird smell coming from the sink, seems it has not been clean for a while and there is no door to separate the shower from the room. We had breakfast there too it was normal nothing surprising. They have a juice maker and pancake machine which were not working unfortunately.
